THE ARTIST


Hi, I'm Myio, I've been photographing weddings and prenups for about 15 years now, and I still get a little giddy every time a couple tears up during their vows. A few years in, I opened Ikigai Studio too, my second studio for couples who want the same honest storytelling but a different feel and price point.

THE APPROACH

I shoot candid, minimal posing, natural light, and a lot of just waiting for the real moment to happen in front of me. Past couples have described the results as editorial but still raw, which is basically the whole point: photos that feel like being back in that moment, not like a photoshoot.

THE PURPOSE

No two weddings feel the same, and chasing that difference is still what excites me after 15 years. Every couple, every venue, every crowd reacts differently, so I never really know what I'm walking into. The moment nobody planned is always the one that matters most, and finding it is the whole job.
